Heberger Portuguesa Construcoes Internacionais, Lda. has been established in Almeirim, near Lisbon since 1993 where the company conducts core & shell and turnkey construction operations. A majority of the contracts are for the turnkey construction of apartment buildings, and the firm takes an active role in their development.

The company has operations in Germany providing core & shell construction services with a staff of 150. Its activities were further expanded in 1996, with the opening of a new office in Trofa, near Porto, where they have found significant gowth in turnkey industrial facility construction.
